Protect NY Event
On January 10th and 11th Levin hosted a conference organized by Protect New York, an academic and professional society devoted to research and education to safeguard New York State from Terrorism and Disaster. One hundred members of the group represented 20 colleges and universities from around the state and dozens of academic disciplines. Protect NY was originally founded in 2006 at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

The event was a stress test of the capabilities of the Institute's new building and its classrooms and we are pleased all went extremely well.
