Changes and Continuities in Turkish Foreign and Security Policies

On October 5th, 2009, The Levin Institute in collaboration with SUNY's Office of International Programs held a Levin Turkish Fellows Academic Roundtable on "Changes and Continuities in Turkish Foreign and Security Policies." Dr. Tarık Oğuzlu, Assistant Professor Bilkent University, Department of International Relations presented on Turkey's emerging foreign and security policy identity under the reign of the Justice and Development Party government.
